First time with gels . My husband’s put them in three days ago and says they feel good and support his feet better . . We didn’t have to cut them back they’re a perfect size 12 . They slipped right in without having to push in or shift . We’ll see how long they last he’s been using Scolls insoles for years .

Easy to cut and set up inside shoes. It has such a good arch height support to make feet feel comfortable and supported . Bought them to use in work shoes and they have been life changers. They may be a bit tall at the feel and might want to size up on the shoe if needed. But fits every shoe pretty well (cuts to your size)

I wear in my steel toe shoes for work, they provide comfort for a few weeks but wore out very fast. And I feel my feet hurt more. Maybe they will work for others but not me

Very good. Easy to alternate exactly to your shoe. Very comfortable to wear. I use it on the top of my regular insole and it is very comfortable.

Makes your day easier! If you do a lot of walking at work, you should buy really good walking shoes. If your employer requires a certain type of shoes, you should buy good insoles. I can’t say these are the very best, but they are affordable and will give you support and ease the pain of a long day on your feet.
