Works brilliantly
Getting this was a real game changer for my resin printing!Adding a second build plate means that I can start my next print job without having to clear the build plate of the job that has just finished. It also fits in the top of my wash station (I have the Elegoo Mercury) and sits on the metal basket in the wash bucket, so I can wash the prints without having to remove them from the build plate. This is something I have had to do when printing lots of small parts that get lost in the washing stage, so this has been another quality of life improvement for my 3D printing.Getting a second build plate is one of the best things I have ever done in 3D printing.

Replacement that works perfectly
I needed a replacement building plate for my MARS 3 printer and this fitted perfectly. No problem with it at all

Fits the Mars 3 perfectly
Not really a surprise as it's designed for the Mars 3, but it did fit perfectly. You do need to zero this just as you had to do with the original plate. This was purchased as precautionary replacement for the original build plate in case I need it, or in case of damage to the original. I have zeroed it and tested it on a print and it appears to be working perfectly. So, cleaned it up and put it in the spares box for the day when it might be needed. It might seem a waste to buy something like this "in case." After all, it is made of metal, it is a decent and solid construction and there's not a lot that could possibly go wrong. Thing is though, you never know, and as I found out with my other printer, you simply can't make a mistake having spares. The build quality for this is as good as the original unit. The securing nuts do the job expected of them and adjusting and fitting this is as simple as the original. The finish is smooth and clean with no manufacturing artefacts and I didn't have any problem with adhesion to the plate with the three resins I tried (grey std, transparent, water washable.)
