Please please dont waste ur money
Please dont buy it. I used it 15-20 mins 4day/week for just 1 month and it burst up. It has a hole maybe for force absorption but it’s kind of weak n will fall apart n the sand will come out. It’s definitely not worth it (bought it for ₹560)If u r a bowler better use cloth n fill it with sand.
