Yes, it works on forced rotation polishers as well. Just remember to have multiple pads as they will heat up for different panels.

I would not try it. It's a medium cut wool pad. It might work with a finishing polish. I always follow up with a foam pad when I use it on paint

Wool is always going to cut better than microfiber. After initial cutI would follow up with a finish polish and foam pad

Not by itself, you will need to sand the paint first to remove orange peel. It will provide a lot of clarity and has a heavy cut.
