This unit is well worth the money you pay for it. You can access your phones menu by pressing & holding down the function button on the ear piece. You'll then hear a prompt ding that's when you say what it is that you need the phone to do(i.e., Call Tim or Text message girlfriend, etc.). You can also press the function button once & it will start/stop you're music file(s). The cool thing about this is that there are 2 speakers in this gizmo, 1 is where you see the ear bud(phone call) & the other is in the swivel part(multimedia). This is so handy because you can listen to music, news, TV show in your ear at a reasonable level without distractions, as well as, even hear ambient noises. The microphone also swivels up & down which is handy for the different face types. It's very ergonomic plus a full battery lasts all day for me. I use it constantly!

I love this bluetooth, last all day and charges very quickly...but it is too big for my earslob so it hurt and caused sore and bruised my ears were the bluetooth is placed. I have to support my ears with a bandage in order for me to use it. I will have to give it away to someone with a bigger earlobe and buy another one. If you have a small head be aware.

This is the third unit that I have purchased. Clarity is great, connections easy, battery life great, and hearing and speaking can be easily heard. However the first two broke at swivel point. I keep coming back to this unit knowing the weakness for I have not found another unit I like as well or is priced as reasonable.

I love this headset. I spend 90% of my work day on the phone and even at night listening to work calls. This head set let's me listen to the calls privately without losing the use of my hands, allowing me to send emails, take notes, etc. It doesn't wiggle, it fits very snug so it doesn't fall off. It's perfect.

This is a great Bluetooth, really good sound and the other person listening can hear clearly as well.

if I need to have something loud due to muddled or incomprehensible, the volume is just not there, not enough

So far this is great! This thing is still working great! I drive a truck and it sit on my ear until I remove it! Happy with it😄😄😄😄😄
