I love this handcrafted pen. I bought three of them: one for my husband's birthday now in March, one for my son, who is a businessman, and of course one for me. It is soft when you write and has an excellent firm grip.My only suggestion would be for the pen to have an engraving stating that it is 24-karat gold plated "just to show off." This way, I can just show the pen and not have to say that it is 24-karat gold plated all the time. Alternatively, it can be written outside the packing box after "Elizo."Other than that, I highly recommend it. It gives me a good feeling when I pull out the pen and people notice it is uncommon.

This is definitely a well made pen and very classy. The one thing that surprised me is that the refill was already inside the pen, leading me to wonder if it was a returned item. Since that is hard to find out, I will keep the pen set. I also purchased Medium refills, since this pen comes with the Fine point ones.

Very happy the pen writes very smooth comfortable to hold fits my hand. Well glad I made to purchase.

Beautiful constructed, solid and luxurious feel, diamond cut on the cap and spiral model on the grip looking great, soft leather case is beautiful and can take two pens, spare refill is a plus, may not feel so comfortable for big hands, definitely worth the price.

I bought this beautiful pen on Amazon on May 10, 2022. At first I adored this pen: how great it looked, the ease when writing with it, and the comfortable grip. But that all changed when the cartridge ran out of ink. I know that I’m not the brightest star in the sky, but I could not figure out how to insert the new cartridge and the instructions were, to say the least, confusing. I eventually noticed that at the bottom of the part in which the refill is inserted was a tiny, cheaply made spring. When attempting to insert said refill, the spring fell out and I was unable to find it, rendering the pen useless. But I wasn’t worried because the company insert stated “If we disappeared you, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by our mistake, but rest assured we will fix this and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please do not leave a review yet! Contact us for a free replacement and/or refund.” Then Elizo provided their email address: help@elizo.com, so I did just that on September 27, 2022. As of today, October 22, 2022, I have yet to receive a reply from Elizo. Apparently, Elizo does not mean what they promise and worse, couldn’t care less about their customers. My late father, who spent his entire career in retail, taught me that a business lives or dies by their customer service. My experience implies that Eliza has no interest in satisfying their customer base and pretends that they actually stand behind their product and outright lies about their commitment to me but instead takes their customers for granted. A product, no matter how good, is useless if the company couldn’t care less about us. I will never buy anything from Elizo again and I recommend that you think twice before making a purchase from them.
