Very good price for a set of vitamins, so important for our body, especially since these vitamins work great when taken together, not separately. Easy to swallow.

It's kinda hard to review a product like this which doesn't produce specifically tangible effects. What I can say though is that these seem to be made well, packaged well and are easy to swallow. They do have the classic "supplement in a bottle" smell to them which can be off putting but it's a challenge to find ones that don't! Otherwise everything seems great and hopefully I'll see a boost to my health as a result

Tablets are hard to swallow which made me choke. They are a largish hard ball shape. I did actually think When I opened them if I was suppose to chew because of the shape./size I’m not going to be taking another of these. Suggest doing a capsule or gummies instead.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. They are made out of bovine gelatine which is a shame as they are not therefore suitable for vegetarians or vegans.You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at just under a tenner.You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up.Certainly one to consider as you are getting a good mix of these 4 vitamins with a decent dosage and at a good price. Shame that veggies will have to look elsewhere.

I had many different adek supplements but this one doesn't look like is working.I am feeling strange after taking this supplement.
