Silky Satin Pillowcase for Hair and Skin Slip Pillow Cases Set of 2 - Satin Cooling Pillow Covers with Envelope Closure (White, Queen(20"x30"))

At first my husband kept throwing the pillows aside when I put these pillowcases on the bed (he immediately said “what the h3ll is this?” and sucked his teeth but gradually he came around and now it’s like - “can I have MY pillows please? Sheesh!” Let me tell you - my hair loved these pillowcases. I stopped sleeping with a hair tie for a while because I felt the hair tie combined with the rough pillowcases was damaging my hair and face. But when I use regular pillow cases I noticed when I got up - my hair would be weird where it rested on the pillowcase - like dry and hard. After perhaps the second day - I started noticing that when I got up - my hair was soft and smooth where I lay on the pillowcase. Then I started noticing that my face wasn’t breaking out as much. Might be a correlation. But I absolutely love these. Then I started hunting around the house for a pink pair that I had previously bought and never used. Hmm. Point is - try it out. You’re gonna love it! Oh they’re not like thick, best quality but they’re taking a licking and holding up pretty good so far. None of that silly lint balls appearing. I highly recommend.

I bought a bunch of different pillowcases recently as I needed to start swapping them out daily and I hate doing laundry. My preference is for silk (for my hair,) but I wanted too many for that to be cost effective. I tried several different polyester pillowcases and this one is the best. It's super-soft and I don't get any kind of static cling. I wash it inside out in lingerie bags and so far it's holding up. I bought some super-inexpensive silk pillowcases and I actually prefer this one.I'd be very pleased with this purchase if I'd spent $20. The fact that I only had to spend $7 makes this a no-brainer great deal.

I love these! Can't believe I just now got email for review. It's been a year and I still use these daily. I can't lay my face on cotton anymore lol it helps with bed ead too. I've been using the same one now since I got it regular washing bc I'm lazy haha it's held up yes the one I use most has some snags but not noticeable from across the room

I use this pillow case every night! It's great for reducing frizz for curly-haired folk. The first night I slept on this pillow case (compared to a cotton one) it felt really weird on my face. It took a few nights to get used to, but now I prefer it to cotton. And I heard that sleeping on satin cases is good for preventing wrinkles, so win-win! The material is silky to the touch, but I've noticed that after several months of use I can see lines where the fabric may be pulling. It's not a huge deal, and I would definitely repurchase.

I bought these for a family member going through chemo and she loved them! They are great to help with dispersing heat and are soft on the skin. Both issues she was having effect her sleep. I used theses as well for my hair they work great to decrease tangles. There isn't much fluffing that needs to be explained when telling someone these are a step up from the average cotton pillow case. If you want a better nights sleep get a set for yourself. The only negative will be if you lend one to a friend on a 24 hour drive they will want to keep it ;) .

I dont have anything bad to say about them yet. I bought them because I forgot or am just too tired to tie my weave up at night and know it's bad to sleep on just cotton with your hair, they seem to be working fine for that purpose. They don't look expensive of course because they're not, but I cant say they look at all cheap either. Just normal satin plain pillowcases.

I really love the pillow covers! Super soft! Not warm but I like a cool pillow! Could be a little thicker in my opinion but very satisfying over all!

Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars for a pillowcase that will hold up for more than a few days. I have been sleeping on satin and silk pillowcases for years and had the same pillowcases for years. I did not expect these to be the best ever but I also did not expect them to not hold up.
