My son wanted a loud bluetooth speaker for the locker room. He is very pleased. The LED battery lights don't seem to work accurately... all 4 seem to be always on, they seem not to reflect diminishing battery charge. It is a relative non-issue.

Very good and adorable speaker. I used this at work. This speaker is the best portable speaker for this price I have ever seen. Very easy to use. The sound quality on this speaker is excellent.

This is a great little speaker. The sound that comes out is much better than I expected. For the price and even more this speaker packs a lot of punch. The Bluetooth connection was easy and controls simple. Exactly what I was expecting out of a durable portable Bluetooth speaker.

Great durable speaker love the charging feature and the battery level guage. Use it all the time sounds great too.

Do not buy this product! After 2 uses, it won't pair with my phone anymore! I should have listed to the others who said it was a faulty product.

Horrible item. I used it three times and it stopped working. Contacted the seller 5 times to try to exchange. They told me how to fix and nothing works. They told me to return it to Amazon yet Amazon says I'm an out of the 30 day return window. Total waste of money. Don't buy!

If you are looking for a bluetooth speaker right now, I bet your head is spinning. With the sea of 100s to choose from, where do you start? I myself have test driven a handful of them and was happy to get to try this one. When I look at a new speaker, I try to break it down into several aspects, which I'll touch on below:PORTABILITYThe GSWORDY is not the smallest speaker on the market, so if you are looking to stick this thing into a jacket pocket or small purse, move along. This is a good size, though, to toss into your backpack or even clip it on with the included carabiner. Given the sound and included power bank, its really as small as you could wish for with all the included features.FUNCTIONALITYMan, does this speaker shine on functionality: Bluetooth, large battery which doubles as a power bank, handsfree voice calling, Aux input and rugged, weather resistant construction. There really isn't anything more you could ask for with regard to pure function.SOUND QUALITYI like to listen to acoustic and singer/songwriter type music and the mids and highs are pretty clean. With such emphasis on mids and highs, the bass is not the strongest, but I've got a love/hate thing with bass. I see many speakers making bass their big claim to fame. I think people are fooling themselves if they think a hand held speaker is going to give them thumping bass. When bass is the dominant range, sound tends to be muddy in these smaller speakers. I, for one, am happy GSWORDY took the "high road" and concentrated on clean sound rather than bass Bass BASS! There are nice bass tones to keep the sound well rounded and full sounding, just not this annoying thumping and bouncing that some people seem to crave.SOUND VOLUMEThis speaker falls somewhere in between the quietest and the loudest speaker that I've tried, but it gets plenty loud enough for a medium sized room to jam out. The loudest speaker that I have is a 15 watt speaker that gets absurdly loud and I never get near its max volume.APPEARANCE / DESIGNI have both plain jane and crazy busy looking speakers and, again, this falls somewhere in the middle. The design gives it visual appeal without getting ridiculous with swirls, zig zags and colors. Have you ever thought of a speaker as ergonomic? I haven't until I picked up this speaker. It fits comfortable in the hand if you decide to just carry it and the rounded corners and rubberized exterior make it easy to grip. Finally, there is a flat spot on one of the corners so you can either lay the speaker flat to fire forward or on the corner so it fires up and a 45 degree angle. This was nice when I set it in my passenger car seat and wanted the speakers aiming up towards my head.In summary, I really like the GSWORDY and think its a good overall speaker. I received a complementary unit for review purposes, but my opinion provided above is unbiased and would recommend to others.
