Perfect, a little assebly required for the straps and putting the pins on but that just makes it customisable. Colours are true to the picture (i bought pink and blue), and the little cow charm is adorable!

This was used by my 6 year old child. The badge and cow came off and the zipper has broken. I’m sending it back as it’s really badly made. It’s a shame as the bag is pretty but not worth the price.

My daughter loves this bag and all the additional features. It's OK for what she needs to carry as she is in primary school. Don't think it would be good for lots of heavy books over a long period of time.
