The camera is compact. There is no external antenna lending to a sleek look. Night vision works well for having only one IR LED.Firstly, the camera is really easy to set up. Steps are as follows:install MIPC app on phonecreate account+ on Device ListAllow camera on phone to be accessed by appScan QR Code on bottom of cameraCam Id and Password are autofilled by scanningPrompted to update camera’s passwordConfig Wifi (2.4GHz)Select Wifi network and input passwordSet TimezoneDone. So here are some of the features of the app:adjust pan/tilt with swipe on screencan update ip settings via app for ethernet or wifi connectionset sensitivity to adjust for motion detection for day and night settingsalerts (images, videos) are stored on SD cardcan access images, videos from app or from web interfacecan schedule motion detect and video recordingApp alerts you when there is motion alertOne of the cooler things is that you can add many of these cameras and you can access all from the [...] site by signing in with your user account. With this there is no need to worry about port forwarding or setting static ip addresses and such.Finally, I want to say that even though it performed well for what it advertised, the camera does not allow you to access its ports therefore you cannot set it to work with Blue Iris or Ip Cam Viewer Pro. If you are fine with using their MIPC app and want to connect one or more cameras, this will work for you. Also, the app seems pretty well made as there are options for more than just adding cameras.

I love these guys. This is my second pair I purchased and they are awesome. Two at home and two at the office. They are relatively easy to set up - however connecting initially to your WIFI network can be tricky and cumbersome. So this is what to do -1: Download the app - I did this both on my PC and two IPhones..2: Open the app and follow the prompts - click on the plus sign to add a device.3: Scan the bar code on the bottom of the camera. No need to write down the device info and password as you will change it shortly.4: Plug in the Ethernet cord that comes in the box into the camera and into your router.5: Plug in the camera ( it will move around a bit and there is a red light that will be on) . Answer the questions that the app prompts. Nickname, password change, etc.THEN IT WILL SAY THAT YOU ARE ALL SET UP - almost done....6: Click on setting icon in the right corner, then click on network, switch it from LAN to WIFI & select your network , enter your password and you are all set.Enjoy!!!

Not good like the three outside IEGEEK cameras I operate!!!...Camera ran hot...Actual events did not display on my devices from 12 to 53 seconds after each event took place, unbelievable! (Camera was near router, router download speed was @ 40 mbps, other cameras worked fine, no problem there) I surmise it was a defective camera or their server is VERY slow at best.....Hook-up was easy, the rest was not...Camera returned...

This is a great camera, better than the Pyle IP camera we had. The picture is way better too. I like that you can zoom in while watching live feeds, and pan/tilt with your fingers through the app. But now I cannot tilt the camera down all the way through the app. I can do it manually though. It worked great at first, but not now.EDIT 8/23/17:Seller said I just needed to reset the camera in order for it to pan down. Duh! Everything works just perfectly now. We love that we can watch our dogs when we are away.

I bought this so I can keep an eye on my dog while I'm at work and school and I love it! Sometimes the video lags, but most of the time it isn't noticeable. I love that I am able to talk to him and hear him if he is whining or barking. The night vision is also very helpful and pretty high quality. Definitely would buy this again.

Works perfectly as advertised, and it does not ask for an innapropriate amount of privacy permissions (like the ip brand of cameras, which is included in their disclaimer that they can steal your wifi and private passwords and private info and use how they want, ID theft waiting to happen) this camera is safe and doesn't ask for any similar permissions. I had trouble making the motion sensing camera and alarm work but after a short email with a representative by the handle of MeeHoo-X I had it working with the click of a button I simply missed a step in the directions. Excellent quality product and better costumer service than I expected to receive.

Set up had to be done by connecting to router. Once that was done I was able to set up the Wi-Fi. I have 4, as of now, of these cameras. They work great. The night vision mode works very well inside. I have one in a window facing outside, do not try the night vision through a window. The app is easy to set up and use. You can record live, take pictures as needed. With a SD card you can record right to the card. It has motion detection with alerts. Love this camera.

Unfortunately I opened this product too late and cannot return. I'm not sure if the camera is broken or just doesn't connect to wifi here- but we cannot get this workinn. We will contact support now as this has already taken up hours of our time with no luck. Reading other reviews, it doesn't appear to difficult, so I'm guessing I have a broken product.
