Think about the details.
I ordered this without carefully noting the details . I was lured by the description that it would " lie flat "and the larger length and width.( I wanted a wider gel pack to put in my insulated grocery tote.) I did not realize how heavy or how fat this gel pack is. It really doesn't lie flat. I was graciously given a refund when their return label wouldn't pop-up.I do not know how this actually maintains it's cold temperature as I can't use it.
