In answer to your question, the best way to mount the Idea-ology game spinner is to first punch a 1/8 inch hole in the cardboard base that will retain the spinner. Then it is best to fix a metal eyelet within the hole to reduce friction when the spinner spins and increase the operational life of the base that retains the spinner. The eyelet is a separate component that is not supplied by Idea-ology. Then insert into the eyelet the fastener brad that is supplied with the spinner and bend the arms of the brad so that the spinner is loosely retained against the base. If necessary, adjust the tightness of the brad arms until you have a smooth spinner operation. Of course, you can mount the spinner without using an eyelet if you wish and, in that case, the 1/8 inch punch hole should work. For your information, We R Memory Keepers, Utah, sells a Crop-a-Dile "Big Bite" device that will punch the hole and affix the eyelet as required for mounting spinners.
