Serious Steel Fitness 32" Resistance Training Bands (Portable Exercise Band System Training Bands- Great for Individuals Under 5'10")

If you want to workout with bands, and you want to feel muscle activation in the lower end of the rep, get these bands. I use them for chest press and deadlifts and I feel a much more complete burn through the full rep, instead of losing most of the tension as I get closer to my elbows or knees being 90 degrees

I got these to use with my X3 system. I’m only 5’7 and the longer 41” bands are sometimes too long depending on which exercise I’m doing. These bands helps me have more tension however they can be too short for some exercises. That does not take away the quality of build . These things are the real deal and will humble you. Serious Steel just released 37” bands that should fill the gap between sizes. All in all excellent product!

I workout with the Harambe system, I've worked out for years with various methods & tools, I did a lot with bands, had & used many different brands. Serious Steel bands make some of the best bands. The 32" bands make Deadlift, Bench Press & Triceps Press & Belt Bulgarian Split Squat so much more productive. Highly recommended their products!

It's very hard to tell from the photos, because there isn't really any scale to look at. I wasn't expecting this. The Yellow band is HUGE, yes it's only the 32" version, which I expected, but it's THICK and WIDE. I can't move it. It's VERY strong. Heck, after it arrived, I ordered the remaining bands in the set in 32 inches. I can't even use the black and green - the blue is plenty for me.

Glad to find loop bands in other than 42 inch size. Using on Bowflex as additional resistance.

Purchased to get better ROM for chest press and similar exercises because longer bands offer zero resistance at the beginning range…these are too short to manipulate into position (and I’m only 5’8” with normal wingspan). You’d have to be child-size to actually manipulate this band into a bench press type exercise .

The best thing I did for my joints was stop working out with metal weights. I'm more of a body weight workout now along with bands, and what a change I have seen. I wanted to supplement my arsenal of bands with a heavier duty type band and this is perfect. It kicked my backside. Compared to other bands on the market this is priced very well and worth it. Make sure you read the instructions for proper sizing.

I am 5'4" and these 32 inch bands are great for chest press, dead lifts, bicep curls and rows. Finally I have resistance at the bottom part of the exercise. More companies should consider adding sizes other than 41 inch bands. Serious steel has the market beat.

Amazing quality. Well made and has great tension. Way better than the cheap bands you can find out there. I have used resistance bands for over a decade and these are some of the best I’ve tried.

I previously use 41 inch loop bands, and 5’9” these bands have resistance very early, I’m probably on the higher end for use of these bands but they are damn effective
