This is an amazing edible paint. As a cake decorator I was looking for a great cover edible paint. As you can see in the picture there is a huge difference between the gel color (white) and the oil based color (all the other colors).The coverage is so great, also you can use alcohol to mixed it and have that water paint effect.Great great paint, I can’t wait to make more projects with it!

This was the first time using coloring on my cupcakes and the results were beautiful, I made this cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party I hope they can make more colors since it took me a while to get the color I was looking for.

They are ok, they don’t change texture nor flavor of chocolate. However, the colors are not vibrant nor true. One I had huge issues with was purple (see picture) it is definitely not purple, instead it’s more of a blue. Even after using a lot of the gel, way more than I use of other brands. The price is ok, some of the colors were good, and it does work to color chocolate which is why I left 3 stars. But I wouldn’t buy again. Better spend more on a different brand which would require less gel and actually be true to color.
