Combines 2 breakers perfectly and its CHEAPER than buying the double breaker.
5 STARS, I will buy a ton more only because they do exactly what they are supposed to do, turn off the other breaker if the first one trips, and wise verse for the other breaker connected to the first one.I needed a 240 volt breaker but with 15 amp max hots for a mini split system that I wanted to have on its own circuit and not powered off a bigger breaker that will than never trip in case it starts pulling more amps than its supposed to, you know the basics. Next.Huge TIP, when you find your two breakers and you test fit this little guy, make sure to bend the outer frame a bit toward the center to give it a more SNUG fit and makes this thing work even better since as soon as you touch one breaker to "trip" it, it flicks the other one off faster than itself. That's how good it is. 10000 STARS.

Easy to install - required for shared neutral circuits.
Easy to install - and required by NEC for circuits with a shared neutral. Remove the dead man cover to the panel, cut power and disconnect the two breakers you want to tie together (ie ones with a shared neutral like a dishwasher and disposal), slip the handle tie between them and click both back into the panel. Give the tie a light squeeze with a set of lineman’s pliers and reinstall the panel cover and your done.

I can't comment on the quality of this product working or not but I placed an order expecting to receive 50 handle ties as the product description states "STD PKG OF 50 TIE HANDLE QP 2P" but when I received my order there was only 1 handle tie.

Worked on Siemens QP breakers
Very effective to tie two Siemens breakers together. Requires removing breakers to install as tie fits holes on inside of breakers handle.

Perfect for shared neutral multiwire branch circuit
I found my dishwasher and garbage disposal shared a neutral. I was able to use this in my siemens panel to tie the breakers together so both circuits are shut down if one trips.
