Q: Does this work neat as my spa has been emptied to pack away?

It can be used neat to wipe out a spa to remove scale, but then the spa should be rinsed. Use appropriate personal protective products.

Q: Hi it says add to water but says can’t mix with chlorine ! Hot tubs have chlorine in them ? Please advise

Not to mix with any concentrated chemicals so not directly with chlorine granules. I make sure any addition of chlorine to the hot tub is completely dissolved before adding Scaleaway. I tend to add Scaleaway once a week and not on a day when adding chlorine.
