I used this neck pillow on many flights in the past couple weeks. I like that it attached to my briefcase with cord/ring, so that I did not have to carry it in my hand and be concerned about losing it. It will attach to any handle or can easily be placed inside a backpack. The pillow is soft. Inflating it was easy and is done by squeezing a built in device that pushes air into the pillow. The air remains in it and you can reduce the amount of air by pressing a pressure release valve. Once you have the right amount of air in the pillow, you cap off the valve to ensure the remaining air remains inside.The pillow fit well around my neck (average neck; I wear 16.5 size shirts if that helps). I slept well with it and felt that it stabilized my neck in some of the difficult sleeping positions I got into while on the jets.Deflating is easy. You remove the cap and press the release valve. Air immediately releases. You then kind of roll the pillow up with the valve still pressed to remove the rest of the air. The pillow rolls up and easily fits into the bag. The bag is big enough for reinsertion.The bag is washable (so says the product description), which is good because it gets on the airplane floor, floor of airports, rubs agains your luggage, etc.I am happy with the product and like not having to carry around a travel neck pillow itself, like so many passengers end up doing.

It does fill up fast, which is nice. I filled it up on the planes as they gave the usual safety speech. I expected to have 2 points on the top like in the product photos. Not so much. When fully inflated it was just a basic round shape with to ting fabric points. In case I had simply over inflated it I tried several levels on fullness to see if I could reveal the M-Shape (which was why I bought this pillow in the 1st place) and was unable to find anything but a round pillow with 2 cloth triangles sewn on top. Ice given it a 3 star rating because although it does inflate and deflate quickly and is alright for comfort, I was looking for that M-Shape for plane rides to keep me centered so i don't wake up having slid onto some strangers shoulder. That portion of this pillows offerings was greatly exaggerated.

Excellent product. Packs into a tiny package but inflates easily. Is VERY comfortable. I was really impressed. The little extrusions on both sides really do keep your neck from cramping up. I only give it 4 stars because the inflator really is noisy! It squeaks loudly even if I try to push is slowly. I bought 2 of these, and the other one doesn't squeak at all but that's the one I gave to my girlfriend; she loves it, so I'll never get it back! I've really rolled this thing up tightly and used it on about 4 flights now. It seems to be well made and is holding up nicely. I agree that you should not inflate it all the way before take off as it expands as you gain altitude.

I ordered two of these because my spouse was jealous of mine! These are extremely comfortable neck pillows. The velvet material is smooth and luxurious. The hand pump is easy to use, but you can inflate it quicker by mouth. The firmness is easy to adjust with the inflation pump and the air-release button. The pillow provides ample support and can easily be rotated slightly to accommodate different resting positions. The storage bag is made of the same smooth velvet and is lined with gold satin. It has a drawstring and a ring clip to attach it to luggage. Deflated and in the storage pouch, it is about the size of a large coffee mug (much smaller than my old travel pillow). I am purchasing more of these to give out as gifts for family and friends that travel often!

I use this pillow every morning on the train and it is wonderful! It is so comfortable and stays totally filled up the whole time I'm using it. The best part is the hand pump. It is so much easier to inflate than blowing it up with your mouth and way less embarassing on a train full of people! I'm not the one trying to inflate an innertube anymore. The hand pump makes a little squeek when you start but once you get used to the form (hold one side of the pump down and only pump the other side) it is quiet and quick. Not to mention it then rolls up into its bag and takes up very little space. I reccomend this product all of the time and will keep reccomending it!

Junk. Bought it when it was one of Amazon's daily deals. I travel quite a bit, and have 3 or 4 memory foam travel pillows that I've picked up at different airports before getting on flights. They are very comfortable, but take up so much space! I hadn't bought an inflatable pillow prior to this one because I thought that the parts where the pieces of material connect would be uncomfortable against my neck. When I saw this thing, it seemed like the best of both worlds - inflatable, and covered with soft material. Used it on my last trip to Brazil, worked great on the first flight, then when I tried to inflate it on the second leg, the inflation mechanism stopped working. Returned it when I got back from the trip.

Ordered two of these, I would've given it 5 stars but one of them was popped/wouldn't stay inflated. The other was great and packed well, stayed inflated, and was comfortable. I even opened them up and tested them before our flight. Unfortunately, once I inflated mine on the plane and tried to use it, it slowly lost air and went flat within an hour. The 8 hours left on my flight and the 9 hour return flight were rough. Hope to exchange for a working one or get a refund.
