Hello, it exactly does what was described by the seller. I bought a bigger one from another seller on Amazon it wasn't what it was written by the seller and returned it. After 60 minutes you get that crispy brown tedige.

The dial that controls cooking time sticks and if you’re not watching it closely your rice will be burnt

The timer doesnt work consistently
The timer doesn't work consistently, leading to burned tahdig. Does great if you remember to adjust the knob yourself after 20 or so minutes.

This are the best!
I would give them 5 stars but this one it's broken , the aromatic trimmer not working therefore burning your rice. I purchased smaller rice cooker from them and it's amazing ,I was hoping this one will be the same really needed a bigger one !

False claim
This is NOT 8 cups (16 cups cooked???) cooker.They put a half cup in the box and expect people to believe 8 half cups are actually 8 cups.It barely holds 4 actual cups of uncooked rice and once the rice is cooked, it is already full.I don't understand why they would do this!Do they really think people can not see the cup they include in the box is half a cup?
