Yes there’s a smell. Almost like bad broccoli but that makes me like it! DIM comes from broccoli so it lets me know the ingredients are real. Plus, after one time use, I lost water weight and felt tighter after three days in so far. If you’re drinking alcohol and eating badly and not exercising —I don’t think you’ll see much impact from this product. If you’re on a true wellness journey and doing what you have to, then I think this is a good supplement. Worth the cost. This will be the DIM brand I stick with now.

From the second I opened the bottle the smell is pungent. You would think it's in a capsule so you don't have to smell or taste it. This one dose both smells horrible and taste just as bad. I have used multiple other dim products brands none that smells or tastes like this don't waste your money on this one.

Seems after a few weeks of taking this daily has helped my mood/mentality and helped with being so sleepy. Biggest con is after I take this and I burp I feel like I’m going to vomit from the horrid smell
