Portion Control/ Proper heating
Ok so have seen lots of neg reviews but if you notice its geared towards people who have had bariatric surgery. While I do like the size and the sauce I am not a huge fan of the chicken but I get it. I have found cooking it stove top is best and you start it high till it boils then drop down below med heat till cooked I add more water than what it called for and it almost comes out like chicken noodle soup. I have added in veggies and additional chicken from time to time and it really boosts the flavor and does give a larger potion size that way.When I take these to work I have a hotlogic mini warmer that plugs in and I cook it at my desk its not gummy or dry if the water is already hot when using this warmer it only takes about 20 min to heat up and its a perfect temp and taste great.

Satisfying!
Fulfills all my pasta cravings and has an incredible protein to carb ratio. Heats up in about 5 minutes and definitely hits the spot. I love the texture and flavor.

Runny and mushy
I know for barriatric surgery these foods are for those on soft food diet but this was not cut out as a good meal. The flavor was off and the noodles were mush. I would have expected a little texture and stuff that looked like noodles. Would not recommend unless you want to use as a sauce instead which I did with my steamed veggies and chicken

Added nutmeg while cooking to enhance flavor
The portion is quite small, more of a side that a main meal. The taste is not like Olive Garden, so I added nutmeg on the remaining boxes to boost the flavor. I also added parmesan once it was hot, which helped tremendously.

Not so good
Not too good and very salty. Portion size even too small for bariatric patients.

Texture
I followed directions . But everytime the noodles were floating in alot of fluid. They tasted fair but it is not what I expected.

Amazing
So on a regular day for a normal person this is insanely small portion of food for what you are paying, but if you are on a very strict diet this is absolutely perfect. It met the same criteria as my shakes but gave me a nice break in between so I could enjoy something warm and solid. I will definitely buy this again.

Pretty Good!
Portion is small yes, but remember this is for bariatric patients so it’s not suppose to be a big portion. I find it filling and delicious!
