uYES Retractable Black Eyeliner Pencil Gel Makeup Eye Liner

The eyeliner pencil,as shown in the picture is amazing eyeliner.I have ordered it once before and was very surprised.So I ordered it again and I got the liquid black and yellow pencil applicator instead,which I was not happy with at all.The first time it came in the packaging as shown above, and I got both products,the second time however,I only received the crappy liquid stuff in a tiny shipping package,almost as if it had been taken out of it's original package and put back into what I received.So buy with caution I suppose.

It's black and really dark. It's exactly what I wanted, but when your face is in heat over 75 degrees it tends to run and smudge.

it goes on easily, and doesn't smudge, even with my clumsy hands i was able to put it on, i would recommend it to others.

wipes off easy runs would not buy again it is not for me nor what i wanted read befor you buy about the product
