I love this product but it seens like you got to put a lot of meat in the product to make it puffy enough because they will come out flat and not big enough but other then that this is perfect

Good Size Burgers
This makes decent 1/4 to 1/3 lb. burger patties that are 4-1/2” diameter. It’s easy to use if you press fairly hard and rotate the top to distribute the meat. The screw in (wooden?)handle is hard to clean.

Knob won't screw in
The handle on the top will not screw into the lid. I think I might have gotten a defect but other than that it's heavy duty and just like the picture.

There’s not much to it. Sandwich the ground meat between parchment paper and apparatus, press firmly, scrape excess meat that spills out the sides, and you have a perfect patty. Easy to wash. For best results, season meat while cooking.
