GreenLabs Stainless Steel Drinking Straws, Reusable, Set of 6 + Cleaning Brush

I didn't take them out of the package. I had bought another set (different company) of bent stainless steel straws only to find they had one major draw back, their diameter was too small for my silverware basket in my dishwasher. They could easily fall thru the square holes and cause problems. In looking at these and others, one of the things I focused on was the diameter. These turned out to be no bigger than my other set. Based on the dimensions in the product description, they should have been big enough not to cause problems in the dishwasher. As I read the description they were to be 0.4" in diameter but in reality they are not quite 0.25" in diameter (outside). So these go into my box of things that will eventually go to Goodwill or some other like charity store.

They don't break like glass, they don't have a big impact on the environment, what's not to love? I'm glad they came with a brush in order to clean them. Knocking off 1 star because the packaging isn't that eco-friendly.

These straws are great. Great for the environment and to use. The cleaning brush works great and then I just stick them in the dishwasher and reuse. When I am completely done with them, they will go in the recycling and not fill the landfills. But that won't be for many years.

I just love reusable straws - but only for clear liquids - not smoothies or juices. These are really nice.

I use these daily and really enjoying these straws. The cleaning brush works great too. Would definitely buy again if I ever needed any more.
