King In Black

Donny Cates has had a great run on Venom. His comics have given Eddie Brock new character that i never would have expected from a comic series like this- if you are a fan of the character Venom,this series is a must read!This story was fantastic. While Marvel has done a lot of event titles over the past few years,this one truly felt like a defining story for the marvel universe,and Venom especially! The art is also fantastic too!!

Great book!! I'm a big fan of Venom even though I don't really collect the physical books itself but I read alot on Kindle. Great story even though I haven't got the whole picture. Have to go back and read the beginning on king in black. Great job though, keep up the good work.

Man, what a ride. I was there with the Secret Wars issue #8 in hand when Spider-man was given the Symbiote suite. Past around, rejected, finding a new home, having children all were to come in the future. To have the story end up here in the King in Black was fantastic. Enjoy the read.

Great comic with alot of action packed scenes, it tells a great and interesting story that kept me invested along with the great art

Don't care much for major storylines in super hero comics, too serious. Just looking for something fun that I can dip into again easily and this was a good read. Art was great, writing was fun with some heart to it underneath the heartless "heroes" haha. Don't need to know anything about the main story line as I didn't and I still loved it.

Always loved Eddie Brock as Venom. Glad he got this ending. I think it is an interesting turn, as the world calamity events seem to go as well.

Great graphic novel. Donny Cates absolutely nails this whole story. Important though: don’t buy this unless you’re up to date on Donny Cates’ Venom run, the Absolute Carnage: Venom and the War of the Realms: Venom or else you will be entirely lost. It also only reads in linear order with Venom going back and forth, so each issue in this collection will feel like it’s skipping something without Venom Vol 6: King In Black. It’s worth the read if you want to invest the time and money, otherwise you can catch up on the other parts on Youtube.

Waiting for a live-action King In Black adaptation now with MCU if Sony ever allows that. It made us know how Knull actually is and what he will do if we see him in live action if Sony doesn't destroy it and made the character of Venom booooo! It is completely action-packed with a very very good story and that's why we don't feel bored reading it and what happens in the ending. If a live-action really comes out and 100% faithfully adopted then audience will eat the climax and the movie will earn earn billions just for its climax battle, the villain and action.

I liked this story dispute my personal prejudice. Which is I have always been a Spider-man fan (per Brand New Day), so I could not be a Venom fan. This story does revolve a lot around Venom, which considering is with symbiots, make perfect sense.Good artwork and a good story and an epic storyline spanning the entire Marvel Universe. The King in Black has come to Earth not to conquer but to destroy. Even the combined might of all Earth's heroes and villains will not make a difference. This is most evident in the death of a hero at the end of the first issue.I am not even a Venom fan but I liked this story and got new respect for Eddie Brock. Of course Spider-man was regulated to nurse maid or just to fill a couple of panels, but dispite that a very good crossover story, that I think really delivers.

I absolutely loved this, it just gives me so many more reasons to love the duo between Eddie and Venom!
