I bought these shoes for my granddaughter based on her current size. They arrived, they are adorable, but they are too big. I purchased another pair in a smaller size and wanted to return the first pair. The return was accepted but I was surprised to find it would cost me 100.00 to return these shoes to China. So I’ll keep them and give them to someone, and really, really hope this second pair fits. But I definitely will not purchase from this seller again!!!

We’re bigger than I expected. No matter. She can wear them next school year. The package was not very well done and I’m hoping the shoes weren’t previously used. Given the shape of the box I ain’t so sure. Shows not much care is given to the product, same with customer. I’d think a shoe place who would sell shoes online would ship the box a little better. All they did was put the shoe box in a mail bag thing. Makes me wonder if they were used cause the lack of care given to the shoes for shipping.

bought these for my daughter who is a huge harry potter fan. they fit perfectly and have held up very well. would buy again

I love the design and quality of the shoes however the inside sole was cut to small there for my toes get pinched between the outside of the shoe, the bottoms of the shoes and the insole.
