We bought this for our Ford Edge - Our 60 lb Pitbull has anxiety if he is left alone in the car - and has damaged the back doors... So by caging him in the back - he stays in his own area, and doesn't jump all over the kids in the back seat! It's much safer for us all.

Great barrier but a bit of work to get installed in my Jeep Cherokee

I installed this in our 2010 Lexus RX450H. No problems at all. I did add a cable tie to the middle of the barrier and secured it to the middle child seat latch. Tested it out this morning, no issues. I might change the headrest strap to a heavy duty cable tie so that the headrest can go down further, but this is really no biggy for me. I was about to purchase the more expense one on Amazon, but I am glad I decided to save some $ and get this one. Main reason for not getting the other one was the shipping would not work for my plans. This one came in two days versus the other was going to take about 5 days to get to me.

I have to large Pit Bull dogs that love car rides but I want to contain the hair and them so this was what I decided to get and couldn’t be happier. This barrier works great I didn’t even need to use the extra side barriers it was long enough to keep the dogs from coming up front and very sturdy. I have a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. It did take two of us to install one held it in place while the other tightened the straps super easy! Highly recommend!!

It’s pretty good at keeping my dog is place and I wish I found this sooner. My one complaint is the straps that hold it to the headrest I felt were a little difficult to feel the strap through the lock (I don’t knew what else to call it) the teeth were catching it and the space wasn’t very large. It’s a two person job almost be use you have to hold it in place while putting it on. The fact it folds in half is very convenient but with how much I struggled to put it on I’m never taking it off, backseat passengers are gonna have to deal with jail.
