Q: Does this suppose to come with ear pieces to change size? Because i got nothing

Mine did not come with any ear tips or wingfans either. Even though JBL Comments here saying to contact JBL customer support they will do nothing for you if you didn’t purchase them through the JBL website which is ridiculous

Great questions. Yes, the JBL live comes with 3 different tips size s,m,l, and 4 different sizes for the wingfin enhancers SS, S, M, L.

Q: can I change a song on spotify ? how about stability , I remember other ones, that touch controls start to act crazy and change volume and mute ?

You could press the JBL button twice on the right bud for the next track and 3 times for the previous track. Our JBL Live 300 TWS also has good touch controls.

Q: Says it is paired, but still no sound. Tried with my computer as well. Ask for a code, but no sound when it is supposedly paired?

Our JBL 300TWS is able to connect with any Bluetooth-capable device. You can reset the earphones: Double-tap the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 2 seconds. This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. TWS must be connected to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case. It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again.
