Masks were ok but brought everyone out in spots.

The pack of 50 3-Ply Face Masks I received are different to the pack pictured above, I got a single box of 50 rather than the 5 packs of 10. However the specification and quality seems to match the shown specification and these are a perfectly decent face mask and excellent value, especially compared to my local supermarket who charge about the same price for a pack of ten. I usually wear a reusable washable fabric mask but I wanted these as a fall-back in case I forgot or lost my fabric mask, so I sanitised my hands and then re-bagged the pack of 50 into smaller batches for storing in my backpack and in the car.They're not over-large and I found them a pretty good fit (I'm a tall bloke with a large-ish face) and they sit around my nose and chin neatly and stay in place well. There's a bendable metal strip along the nose bridge and that's wide enough to form a pretty good seal against your face, which is not always the case. I wear spec's and get the inevitable fogging with most masks but these are significantly better than my usual washable fabric mask thanks to the much better all-round seal.The catch with that is that you get less throughput of air with these masks, the better seal against the face means the air has to come through the three-layers rather than around the edges of the mask. This is of course what you want but it also means you breath more often to get enough air, especially if you're exerting yourself, so although these masks are great for casual exertion, like shopping, I personally would struggle with them if I was jogging or working out. Still they're a good quality mask and the value is undeniable.

The fabric is overall soft, however it feels a bit rough whenever my lips touch it. The metal rod around nose clamps well and gives me a nice seal. The elastic bands gets a bit uncomfortable after 2-3 hours but its normal as its not thick enough.The one thing i dislicked about these though was the slight smell, which was a bit unpleasant honestly. Which is why im dropping a star.

For the price, these face masks are excellent value. They come in a pack of 50 and are certified for medical use.Considering a certain supermarket was selling similar face masks during the 1st lockdown at £3 each. They then reduced it to packs of 3 for £5 (they've recently changed their slogan to: "every 25p, every 50p and every £1 counts") and even today you can easily pay between 50p and £1 for one disposable mask, these are a bargain. At £6.99 for 50 pieces you are only paying 14p for each one. Consider the saving! At 50p per mask you will be saving 36p for every mask you use. That's a saving of £18!The quality of these masks are good and the strings are made with a blend of spandex so they are comfortable and stretch well. The only downside with these masks is that they are not wrapped individually or in small batches so once you open the packet you must take care to make sure it is immediately sealed again and the rest of the masks are put back in the box.I am recommending these masks for their great value for money and the amount nof money you can save by buying this box of 50 rather than buying singles in shops.

This is a very reasonably priced pack of 3 ply face masks at £6.99 for 50 😷. They feel a little more lightweight than most brands I use for work but they were comfortable and fitted well, the elastic loop didn’t dig into ears.The nose band is adjustable to help perfect the fit on face, I find that if you bend the mask in half first at the bridge piece and then bend again to accommodate nose it fits better on the face. Although wearing glasses I still found I steamed up my glasses as not a complete tight fit. These masks also come with a CE mark which can only mean it complies with current EU legislation.When someone talks, coughs or sneezes they can release tiny drops into the air that can infect other people. If the infected person wears a facemask, it can reduce the number of germs that the wearer releases, which can protect other people from becoming sick. Disposable face masks should be used once and then thrown in the bin. You should also dispose of and replace your mask when they become moist.

You get 50 blue outer/white inner single use face masks in a pack and these are very handy in today's environment.The masks are pleated so "open up" to cover the whole mouth and nose area. The elasticated straps are comfortable and well secured on the edges of the mask.They have a good adjustable nose piece which means you can get a secure fit and this works wonders if you wear glasses as you can limit your breath escaping upwards and fogging up your lenses.They are rated as EN 14683 Type IIR according to the packaging which I though meant they should be 4 layers but these are only 3. They have a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency of greater than 98% so will be good at helping to stop the spread of Covid-19 particles if you happen to be asymptomatic. These types of face masks are intended to stop the spread of bacteria/virus from the wearer and they will not stop external airborne particles from being inhaled.I'll be keeping one of these in my coat pocket for the times I forget my normal reusable mask.
