I just started taking two capsules at breakfast. I notice the energy boost which is greatly needed. I feel run down from my other medications and this helps me to get up and get going even when I don't want too. I recommend them. I purchased three bottles because I knew if nothing else they would boost my energy levels. Not sure it's working for appetite suppressant but I'll update when I see some results. I purchased these verses Thermabond which my daughter recommended. I may try that as well.

Ive been using this product for the span of a month now i love the energy this gives me i heard of this through some fitness events and heard it worked well i am angry becasue when i made my first purchase the bottle was 50 dollars and now im seing it for half the price but it does work and the thing is.... This product helps inducse the fat i dont think anyone should use it for direct weight loss a pill isnt gonna get rid of your fat this pill will help maintain your intake of fat whie providing energy and focus and staying lean this helped me tone down but dont use it for just for extreme fat loss becase it wont work.... Use it as a supplmemt to your advantage to get you leaner and ready for more intense training also beware if you start taking full dosage because lets say you have a day were you cant take it... You will be very tired and burn out so to avoid to burn out feeling slowly wein your self to a lower dose untill your off... Because these are strongly caffinated and when yiur body doesnt get that caffine you have been giving it... You body will so burn out like mine did overall it is a damn good product but beware of the ingredients and what your taking and how your taking it, if itsnot for you find somthing else...

I workout about 3-4 days a week and eat fairly clean meal. I have been taking Thermogen for a week and have not see any visual changes, however i believe it is to soon to determine if this is an effective Fat Burner. Thermogen does not give you the jitters.

I wanted to wait and see exactly how I liked the product before I made my review. I work out frequently and hit a plateau weight wise. I can tell I'm toning and all but weight stalled out. I wanted to try this for the fat burning aspect. I didn't feel a big difference from day to day energy wise or anything but that's okay. I use pre workout a lot and perhaps that's why. I am use to energy enhancing products like that. I have noticed some toning and cutting going on with my physique and that's what I was wanting. I think the product is good. I can't complain any with it. I am still in the process of taking this product, It's only been about 2 and a half weeks. I can't wait to see the results.

I am very happy with this product. I have just started an exercise and diet plan with both weight loss and muscle goals to achieve. I discovered NEXGEN Thermogen and have started taking it as of the first week in March. I take 2 pills around Noon, and another 2 pills right before my evening workout/run. I could not be happier with the results so far after about 3 weeks. I have lost weight, and my energy levels and more importantly my focus is sharp! No supplement can do the work for you, I don't care what they say or promise, but what a supplement like Thermogen can do is give you increased energy levels, which in turn improves your mood, your focus and helps you burn the fat. I plan on continuing with Thermogen as part of my daily routine, and will also be adding in the other NEXGEN products like the Detox and Nitro. I plan to update my reviews throughout. If you have tried a few different weight loss pills or energy products and find that you only stick with them for a little while, then do yourself a favor and try Thermogen. I am unable to return this as there is no option, I would be happy to return the entire bottle minus a few days worth. I immediately retained water at the bottom of my legs and feet! I stopped the product for a few days and did not have any water retention. I tried again in case there was something else going on and immediately started to retain water again in my legs and feet/ankles. I wish I could return this along with the detox cleanse I bought but seller does not give me an option :(

I haven't weighed myself since starting these (I'm about 1/2 way through the bottle) because I wanted to give it the full month before looking at numbers. However, I have noticed that I'm definitely less bloated and I have a nice stable supply of energy throughout the day, and when I look in the mirror and feel better about my waistline (I feel like my pants and skirts are fitting a little nicer, too). I have, of course, coupled using this supplement with exercising 2-3x/week that's a combination of cardio and weight training while also watching my diet. Overall I'm really happy with this product and will continue to incorporate it into my health regimen.

I love love love this product! I have been taking it for a couple weeks now. Started with one (1) pill a day for a week until a tolerance is built for it. and then switched to two (2) pills a day. I also pair with the Nexgen Nutragen All Natural Detox Cleanse. It has been great! I take it after lunch since that is my larger first meal of the day. I have noticed an increased energy level as well as not being as hungry! My mood has overall been better since i have started taking these. I have experienced NO strange side effects or jitters from taking it. There is no taste or flavor to the capsule, which is GREAT! Other people have noticed I am 'losing' weight, which is great! I dont own a scale so I dont know pounds wise but after a few weeks I can definitely see a difference in my overall body appearance.
