iSkin Intelligent MicroDermabrasion System

I paid almost $60 for this "System" which came with dead batteries! I replaced the batteries and the "System" worked two times and then went dead again. I replaced the batteries again and then nothing! So I thought I will just return it and then buy another one since I happily used my first unit for about 10 years until I dropped it and it cracked.So I contacted Dermanew to start the return process and now they want me to pay for return shipping on a defective unit!! Of all the nerve! I can't believe they don't stand behind their product. This is BAD customer service.Don't believe it when Dermanew says, " Dermanew is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service"!

Love the product, but the cream was lacking in jar only a little over halfway full. Would have gave five stars if product was full or close to lid.

I read most reviews (goodpoor) before my purchase. i was looking for something that uses crystals versus a disposable pad or a bristle brush. this is exactly that. good price. looks like restock of crystals and the pad head will not be costly to maintain. my intent for the product is to remove layers of skin and generate cellular turn over. peels were not working and skin brightening lotions clog my pores. i developed brown spots from sun exposure while on antibiotics. also to address slight acne scarring. this has helped! also my skin is smoother, glows, and takes in products i apply much better. overall a good investment.

I did not really care for this. I followed the directions but the pad did not really get in there and scrub away. Others might like the softness though

This model is better than the earlier one...easy to hold. The Microdermabrasion cream does a great job of cleaning dead skin off of the face.

I love this system. I use it every other day to remove dead cells. It smooths the skin so makeup looks better. Also, it allows skin care (creams) to penetrate better. Overall my wrinkles have a softer look. My face seems brighter and I look more rested which is an added benefit. I also use it on my neck, hands and lower arms, which seem improved. My skins feels great! The re-fills come with 2 replacement pads and the cost is reasonable.

Overpriced, but my favorite product.
