Fixed my grumpster catās bad cattitude problem right now!
Works for us! In an instant even! Literally the instant i plugged this miracle pluggin in, my brat cat boy Ozzy Mae came out of his corner where he been hiding and pouting the past 2 months and went right up to it, (1st pic). Ozzy was an only childcat until 5 years ago when I adopted Hazey Mae when Ozzy Mae was 2 yrs old. Even though i worked from home and was with him always, he obviously needed a playmate because heād sleep and play with my big stuffed tiger. So when I brought home Hazey Mae 5 years ago, he bonded with her immediately. Theyāve been living cuddily happily ever since, until a feral cat started passing through our yard a couple months ago. Then the hissing began. Ozzy just hissed at Hazey and go to his corner to stay away from her, and me. Hazey and i need him. I was clueless as to why the hissy fit all of a sudden but it broke my heart to see him deny Hazey her needs from him with cuddling. So a couple hundred dollars later, the nice kitty doctor explained it all was because of a dumb feral cat cutting through the yard my house cats are never in and the vet told us to get this. Another $25 later and the instant I plugged it in, Ozzy immediately came out of his grumpster corner and went right over to it, immediately. Later that very first night of it plugged in, he came to join Hazey and i in bed again, for the first time in several weeks, then he inched his way slowly over to her all kissy again, as if to tell her he was sorry he been hissy, (pic 2 & 3).Problem thoughIāve had this exactly 18 days, and itās all gone. I plan to contact customer service to ask them why my 30-day pluggin supply is gone in less than 3 weeks, and Iām ordering a refill while Iām on the phone with them. I now have a new monthly kitty chill pill pluggin bill!Well worth my brat cat Ozzy Mae to just be happy again. My brat cat Hazey Mae needs him!Update:Called CEVA direct and spoke with a very nice and very helpful customer service lady. She reviewed some troubleshooting with me. I was told the pluggin canāt be blocked by furniture. I had it plugged in the first few days behind a dresser that i just pulled away from the wall but already moved it to my living room to an open outlet just a few days after i started using this. I was also asked if i had it plugged in near heater vents or any fans, which i did not. I had this plugged in about 10 feet away from my heater vent on the floor and i have no ceiling fan in my living room so all that was correct with use of this product. My thought was this pluggin was getting too much electrical power from my outlet and was told to check voltage for that outlet, as it needs to be a 120 volt power source. I plan to have my handyman check into that this afternoon and I definitely will use this product another month with hopes that the refill i am ordering will last the 30 days once i make sure my voltage is at 120. Upon asking, i was informed also by customer service that i can receive coupons for this product by registering on the website for Ceva Pet Rewards, so i plan to do that also.In the 18 days i did have this plugged in, I noticed Ozzy hissing at Hazey ONLY 3 times, while noticing him back to cuddling her regularly as they have done the past 5 years. So this product just works for the bad cattitude Ozzy developed all bcuz a feral cat took a shortcut through his yard that heās not even allowed outside to mark as his territory. Now that was expensive!

I think it worked for me!
When I bought this, I was curious how my cats would react, since there's mixed feelings from other customer reviews I read before buying. But, I can say that upon plugging in Feliway, the cats did seem more comfortable throughout the day and tolerable of each other. Mainly, our girl does not necessarily love the male , we adopted them at the same time a week ago. She will hiss at him, never swat. He doesnt hiss back or swat he simply hides. But since I plugged in Feliway yesterday I've noticed that they were more comfortable going out of their safe space rooms, and even exchanging their rooms at times. They could stand within 1 foot of each other without conflict or hissing when they have not before. The male is being more confident and hiding less. They are now both eating full meals and both went pee & poo in their litterboxes finally!! So, yes my cats have had a positive effect during the time that this has been installed in my home. Can I say for certain that this all has to do with Feliway? No, it could be a placebo effect on myself. But, it could be that it did work for me as other people have also claimed, which I'd say it did along with a combination of other efforts to make them more comfortable in their new home. All in all , for 20 bucks I'm pretty happy! As im typing this they are both chilling in the bedroom (in their respective spaces) which is a first!

Feliway is excellent. The diffuser could be improved.
The pheromone itself works great at relaxing our super anxious cat. I'm removing one star because we had to buy a second as a replacement; the plastic casing of the diffuser overheated, discolored, and cracked after a few months.

All the bad reviews are accurate
So first, the overheating problem. I thought maybe people just weren't plugging it in correctly and that's why it would get too hot. I did what another review suggested by buying a surge protector and plugging it into that. It still gets way too hot for my liking. So I only could keep it going for about 8 - 12 hours a day. Basically during daylight hours, when I was home. I thought the level of hot it got would be okay. It seemed to get as hot as my router does for my wifi. Which is hotter than any router I've ever had, but it's never gotten hotter than it does, nor caused any issues. So I thought maybe this would be similar. But after about 3 days of use, you can see the inside plastic starting to warp from how hot it gets. That's not safe at all! So imagine continued use, 24/7 how hot and melted that plastic will get and cause huge issues. So second, I did not have issues with it dripping like others complained about. I made sure it was completely upright and nothing under it plugged in. I made sure to screw the container in tightly and not tip the system in any way. I made sure to handle it always upright to avoid spilling. So thirdly, if the product works best leaving it on 24/7 and it can't be left plugged in due to potential over heating, then there's no point to buy this product until they do something productive about the problem so many are complaining about. I noticed no changes in behaviors of my stray momma cat I'm trying to calm down. She's flipping out to all the changes of being inside my home. I have 2 senior cats I'm keeping separate in the rest of the house, and keeping the momma in my living room. But they can see each other under the door. Not only is that flipping her out but I was told that neighbors are calling the humane officers on strays and that if I didn't want my cat taken away I should have her rabies tags on her when she's out. Welp, I haven't gotten that far into helping her. So she has no tags and can't until she's done feeding the babies. Which are only a month old. So point being, I've only been able to let her out at night. Which she saw a racoon and is now flipping out about being inside all the time, but also about going outside now. I really wanted this to work, but it's basically snake oil. I even tried rubbing it on my hands to let her sniff it since they claim it's like the pheromones momma cats put out. I thought maybe she'd calm and think I'm her momma cat. But it's not helping. She's still sitting meowing a bunch and panting like she's hyperventilating. I'm hoping once she gets spayed that will help calm her some. But clearly this stuff isn't going to help me out.Be warned, they don't allow returns on this. I figure the reason is, they know they are selling a defective product. So unless you have money to waste, just don't buy this. Believe the bad reviews and try something else if you can.
