I am very happy with this handmade bracelet. The quality is unbelievable. It comes with two loops on the end to fasten the button through. So, depending on the size of your wrist, use the one for you. I was the smaller size, so I cut off the extra length. I used to wear bracelets like this when I was in high school (the 70’s). Article well made and is adjustable, but the beads are not as large as pictured and maybe size was indicated and I didn't realize it
