Hallmark Hall of Fame DVD1443 Away & Back DVD

Only Hallmark would think a child that never minds, gets in serious trouble, gets her brothers arm broken, steals an ATV to me cutesy. To me she is just one huge brat that is going to be a troubled teen. So now she is heading to Oregon I suppose, and they have helicopters out looking for her. And just who in real life would have to pay for all that expense. Yeh cute, right. I am so glad this show is almost over, not finding this really funny or entertaining and certainly not a romance. Yeh the Dad and the swam women are probably going to get together, but not at all realistic. A 10 year old girl out by herself, is just down right dangerous. I don't find the movie stressful because it is just a movie and totally ridiculous. They should have at least made her a lot older, but then they wouldn't have the little girl cute factor that they were going for, but missed miserably because she doesn't come off as cute, just a brat that needs some serious discipline. Not liking this movie......

My wife and I enjoy movies that relate to life, have some serious content and some humor. This movie has all three. The characters don't blow up anything and there are no shoot outs, state of the art weapons or robots set on death and destruction. In spite of this, the story is captivating, the characters very well done and the storyline realistic. I recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys a good movie.

This movie was endearing, and not overly romantic or cheesy. The characters were all likable, I think this would be a great family movie.I also loved how passionate they all were about the swans. If you're an animal lover you'll like this movie!

I liked the move. Kind of flat acting, but beautiful scenery and heartwarming story. Without giving away a major event, it's not OK, mother wouldn't be proud, and it shouldn't be rewarded. Watch to find out. Worthwhile. But too much a breach of reality, good sense and safety to let it go without saying so.

This video must be bootleg or otherwise defective - it absolutely refused to play on on any of three players, whether older or blue-ray. Great disappointment. I didn't try it until a long time after I had received it. Now because of that, I have to try them all immediately upon receipt. Hope someone from Amazon receives this. Pretty much lost hope that anyone will.

We saw this movie on TV, the Hallmark Channel and I have several young grandchildren who absolutely love it so for a birthday I purchased it so they could watch it over and over and over and believe me they have. It's a good story and a good movie.

Slowly moving story with beautiful backdrop and family values eventually emerging from a rocky start.

Away and Back was a beautifully filmed movie. The acting was wonderful, the scenery was magnificent and the story held you throughout the movie. I will watch this movie many times.

not what EXPECTED
