I usually wear medium but avoid any longer shorts because they often fit fine except for my (admittedly not tiny) runner's thighs, ruining the whole thing.I'm thankfully surprised that these actually still are cool and comfortable through the thighs.They are great for walking/hiking, very breathable, stay dry. I have no complaints yet about them. Material is just so soft and comfy. I'd happily just wear these out with friends.Only thing I've not tried is running in them since I prefer a shorter inseam for that, but they probably could fit the bill as they are didn't hinder and mobility while wearing.Highly recommend, it's worth the money.

These shorts are my go-to for comfort, they are long enough to where my thighs don’t chafe when I walk long distances which I cannot get with the classic Nike running shorts. A wide, soft waistband, pockets and nice light material. They are a little frumpy in the butt- that’s my only drawback. Overall I love them!

When I initially read the reviews, I purchased a medium because I thought the reviews were saying they run small. However, I must have mis-read because these definitely run big. I am usually a size small (5'8') 130lbs. After purchasing a medium, small, and now an x-small. X-Small fits great. These are great shorts with excellent pockets for your phone or tennis balls.These run big. BUY a size smaller than normal.

Nice fabric. Great length. I got a large but could have gone to a medium. Wash nicely. Look nice and are very comfortable

These shorts are comfortable, lightweight and seem to wick away sweat.I line dry the shorts.I like the pockets and little zipper

Super soft. Nice inside liner. I like the fit around the waist and butt but I do not like the way the pockets stick out.

(About me: 4'11", about 115 lbs, 26" waist, 39" hips. I ordered these with the intent to wear them as running shorts.)My measurements usually land somewhere between sizes Small and Medium, but I opted for a Small and have been very satisfied with the fit.I had a little bit of a hiccup with my first order. I ordered S, and the label on the outside of the package did say S, but the shorts inside were L. I had to return them, but did end up with the correct size afterward.The logo on the front and the 'BALEAF' on the back are reflective.The side pockets are a little more forward-facing than I was expecting--I thought they would be a little more towards the side seams, but it's not as though they're directly on top of the thigh or anything. Heavier objects may pull the pocket down past the hem, but that's unsurprising considering the stretch and flexibility of the fabric. I wouldn't use these pockets for actual exercise, as contents would be way too loose, and there's no zip closure. However, these pockets would be perfect for post-run errands or post-race festivities.The back zip pocket does fit an iPhone 11 with a case--it's kind of a tight stretch, but the pocket does zip closed. I tried running with my phone in this pocket though and there is a lot of bounce, which was both uncomfortable and a chafe risk. This pocket is better suited for ID or a credit card.The hidden pocket at the front of the waistband held my car key securely.As far as storage goes: I still take my flipbelt with me to carry my phone and keys on long runs.Even so, these are some of the comfiest shorts I own. The 5" length hides the worst of my cellulite and prevents my thighs from rubbing together. The liner stays put. The waistband is wide and sits right below my navel, no muffin top. I spilled water on myself and it was dried within minutes. Butt sweat doesn't show.I've washed them a couple times now without issue (cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low).These are my new favorite running shorts. I bought the grey (which I think is a little lighter than the product image) and purple colors.

I love everything about these shorts. I’ve been looking for some active shorts for a while now and these ones are perfect for me. Not too long, not too short. They don’t ride up at all, material is flexible yet fitting. I play pickleball daily so I needed shorts that would be stretchy yet hold its shape.I’m 5 7” 145lbs and ordered mediums. I could have gotten a size smaller but I like how these fitted.

These shorts are light weight and work perfect for the gym. The front pockets gape a bit so of that is an issue you might want to size up a bit.

I chose these as they are longer than a lot of running shorts. Suitable for the more mature figure! At 60 I DO want to run but don’t want to show too much thigh. Comfy waist. Soft material. Not see through. Inner gusset. Two large side pockets but the zipped secure pocket in waist is VERY small - would only fit a slim key. Seem to be good quality and well made. Very reasonably priced. Sizing is on the small side so probably best to order a size bigger.

Great fit, flattering shape, nice feeling to material. Length is good too so can to yoga and use a weight bench without exposing yourself. Not see through. Don’t get sweat patches either.

These running shorts fit perfectly I'm a size 10 and the comfy waist band fits well. I bought a medium. Lightweight shorts, fast drying, rear zip pocket works well. Don't really use the side pockets. Excellent value for great quality shorts.
