Pretty Darn Awesome!
Received this tonight and have been playing it for a few hours. I actually find the quality really great. Feels a little bit like a toy guitar but mostly great quality and very fun to play! Intonation and action seems spot on right out of the box. The only thing I noticed was the neck is a bit wider than both my electric and acoustic (feels more like a Gibson). Could be a good or bad thing depending on your preference. Wish they had went with chrome tuning pegs instead of ivory. Sounds amazing plugged in. Totally happy with this purchase.

EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED AT THIS PRICE POINT
Now, I'm not a "know-it-all" but I have played live more than 50 years and have owned nearly every conceivable guitar in my life. Although I'm not a major piezo-fan, I am pleasantly surprised how well this guitar sounds. The built in (9v) preamp and 3-band EQ is especially versatile for a $300 guitar. You can dial in a wide range of tonal quality from bassy big-body acoustic to thin plastic-back Ovation guitar twang. The preamp will really overdrive your amp if you're not careful with the volume slider as it really puts out an almost overly strong signal out when you go more than halfway. The neck profile is comfortably slim, so if you're typically on a Strat, Tele, etc, you'll feel right at home on this guitar. There are some downsides to the guitar though. Upon arrival it was almost unplayable as no effort was made to adjust the truss rod or the bridge height. I adjusted the truss rod for proper relief and removed the plastic saddle and sanded the underside, lowering the action. Within 15 minutes I had the guitar playing better than my Martins or Taylor guitars. Not a big deal if you know how to do these things. It also arrived with a dead 9v battery so the first chords sounded like I was playing thru a distortion pedal. After replacing the battery it totally cleaned up. I would also suggest oiling the rosewood fretboard as it feels kinda dry, but I'll do that when I change the strings. If I had an actual complaint it would be that both the nut and the saddle are very cheap plastic, but they work. If you fall in love with the guitar you'll want to go for bone replacements. Overall, I have to say I am quite pleased with the sound and the playability of the guitar. It is fairly light, has great electronics (for a piezo-style guitar) and it is very attractive in its simplistic look. If you can do the things I did (truss/bridge) or if you're willing to have a tech do them you will not be disappointed. Enjoy

Great guitar
Just what I ordered

The action is very high, so the bridge needs to be shaved down.
Pros- A thin body makes it easy to play. The tuners are of fine quality and keep the guitar in tune. It’s an attractive guitar.Cons- The action is so high that it was impossible to play. (See pics… the last pic is after I lowered the action.) Also, the truss rod needed to be adjusted. Lastly, the original strings are garbage. So, if you can set up a guitar, go for it. If you aren’t, hopefully, you have a friend who is.

Meh...
It's ok. Feels cheap. You can get more for your money elsewhere.

"NICE LEGS...SHAME ABOUT THE FACE"
UPS delivered. Carton was in good condition. Opened box and saw a very nice looking guitar. Looks can be deceiving.1) Something (screw/piece of wood) is rattling around inside the body of the guitar.2) Fret wires are sharp on neck. Before I could play this, all fret wires would have be filed down, or I may end up with blood on the neck of the guitar.3) Headstock is cracked on both sides of the neck.I purchased this for the acoustic sound it was advertised as producing. Unfortunately, I bought "sight unseen" and took a chance. Can't win them all!
