What a great planter for the $$. I went to buy one locally and was sticker shocked. Came home and ordered this on Amazon. WOW, I am so pleased with this purchase.

Despite the other reviews I read this came in a box with styrofoam packing at the bottom and top and wrapped in shrink wrap. Mine did not have any chips or cracks. It appears to be built well it is a thinner concrete material. I ordered the black and the color is correct. It has a drain hole in the bottom which I left out. Mine did not come with a plate. I put rock and left over paver pieces in the bottom because where we live we get some strong winds.

Product came in a previously opened box and without all the packaging materials. There were small chips and a hairline crack on the structure. Very disappointing!

Was looking for some modern but subtle planters. These fit the bill perfectly. The charcoal color is just the right amount of darkness with a hint of blue. These were packaged quite well was worried as I know some other planters don't fair well. If they get damaged I can only assume it's the carrier the foam and placement are sufficient. Anyways these planters are perfect for an entrance. There is sufficient space to pack in the plants. I went a little overboard, but I wanted them to make a statement. I'll be purchasing more of these planters. They are indeed lightweight on their own, but once you load them up they are heavy so take that into account when you fill the planter you'll want to fill it in place or very close where you can kind of scoot it into place or 2 people.

This is a well-made, sturdy and very beautiful tall black vase. Most of these style vases however have a shelf inside to put a pot on. This one does not. I read the reviews that people put in rocks or stone. My husband is building something to put inside with adjustable shelving. That's the only problem I have with this vase.

I was looking for some planters that were similar to the kind that you see at the entrances of hotels and restaurants (tallish, tapered) and these are them. I had seen similar looking that were plastic but wanted sturdier more substantial looking planters. Order these and saw that they were a great value and price. I received these planters and they were packaged nicely and securely (no breakage in shipping). These were lighter than expected yet still very sturdy. The light weight was great when I went to plant as I could easily move around the yard and didn't need assistance. I also loved the black color, it gives the planter a sophisticated looked. I would definitely recommend these planters.

Thrilled with this planter!! I bought this for an artificial olive tree in my living room. I loved the height of this- i was able to buy a smaller tree, then filled the pot halfway before putting tree inside. Made it look much more substantial!! The smooth, black finish is beautiful and works as a transitional style. It’s plenty heavy/strong enough to hold my plant and fillers with no difficulty.

The product is shipped in thin cardboard packaging, allowing the ease of damage. Overall looks and quality of product seems adequate for its intended usage.
