This was much thinner and less durable than I expected. It was not worth the money. I'm keeping it because I bought it for my Dad as a gag gift, but do not think it was worth the money. And, the side was bent and now has a permanent crease because of the packaging.

I bought it because I wanted to have an idea of what my roommate agreement should look like, definitely helpful. totally copying it

I have watched all episodes of the show. And also read all the clause of this agreement. This Agreement potrays the superlative level of craziness with respect to the character of Dr. Sheldon Cooper. Though the agreement is a fictional one, it is well drafted and codified. I will suggest the same to all die - hard fans of the show.
