Before you use this cream, be reasonable about your expectations. This is not a cream to fundamentally alter the color of your skin. What it does and does quite well is to lighten patches of hyperpigmented skin so that they blend in better with the rest of your skin. I've been using this cream for two weeks now and my issues are primarily post acne areas of skin that are somewhat darker than the rest. It's been doing an admirable job so for.For the quantity you get and the quality of the ingredients, it's a good bargain for the price. It's a little greasy, but not too much and for the winter it's just about perfect. Has a light subtle smell that I like.

First and foremost, I want to say that I'm one of those annoying customers that NEVER leave a product review on ANYTHING. However, I was so impressed with this product that I felt absolutely obligated to.My story: I've been doing laser hair removal for years. Because of this, the skin under my chin is VERY dark due to the burning. I have tried several products trying to lighten the area under my skin.When I found this product, I have to admit that I was skeptical but I was desperate. This is the third product I've tried to lighten my burnt skin btw. I can't even say that I was excited when the package came but I honestly thought this product wasn't going to work... OH HOW I WAS WRONG. By a miracle, I can honestly say that I'm truly seeing results!!!! The burnt skin under my chin is looking more and more less noticeable! I could cry tears of joy. I began noticigin a difference in LESS than a week. SO not even a whole week, BUT in 5 days, I noticed a HUGE difference. I just can't believe it's doing, what it said it will do. Honestly I just purchased this item, really didn't think it will work.I have pigmentation and discoloration on my face and over the years I have used so many products, but nothing really helped much.I purchased this about a month ago, and have been applying under my regular alpha hydroxy lotion.Nothing happened for the first week, then I started noticing that my brown spots became lighter and lighter, I srubb my face every 2 to 3 days.I am very happy with the purchase

The first week on my forearm my more pigmentated spots became more pinkish, by the second week became raised red bumps. I did not notice any lightening of my skin at all, only the new onset of the unsightly red bumps all over my forearm! This large jar of cream is a total waste of money for me. I've stopped using this cream for 2 weeks now, and my forearm is still not 100% back to normal baseline yet. I am a light skinned Chinese American person, if that helps any one deciding on buying this product or not.

I went into buying this with the HIGHEST of hopes. I was ready to get this dark spot on my underarm and back of my neck to go away. Nope. Not even a budge. I honestly think the people that say they noticed a difference only achieve so because of moisturizing the spot. I started moisturizing the dark areas a while back and it lightened them up a lot, but I still needed something that would bleach the areas. I guess I'll go buy some anal bleach lol this stuff didn't work for me. I was really hoping it would.

I used this for 2 months and no significance and I hate throwing away products, so I used it as a base and blended 2 skin lightening creams into this and some 10% aha lotion and I finally see a difference in my hyperpigmentation scars on my face after years of searching! I also exfoliate my face using Paula's choice 2% daily BHA and use sunscreen on even on cloudy days or days I don't go outside because of the sun rays shining through window. I might buy this again, but only for a base to mix other creams and lotions in, but I give it 2 stars when it stands alone.

It is a decent moisturizer although I wouldn't buy it again as a moisturizer. I bought it as a lighting cream. I waited until I used the entire jar to write this review. I have a lot of freckles from sun damage. I used it on my face, neck, decolletage, arms and hands. There was no noticeable lightening of the spots.

It worked the first few times I used it. But your skin builds up a tolerance and I will no longer work. If your condition is mild you may see improvement but ALWAYS use sunscreen or all your gains will be in vain! After a month I had to throw it away.
