Rückerstattung ist stark erschwert, wenn die Stiefel nicht passen
Leider haben sie nicht gepasst, damit Retoure. Diese sollte man dann als Paket versenden und sollte das Geld dafür zurück bekommen. Leider nicht geschehen. Auch die Rückerstattung der Stiefel, ist erst nach Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits erfolgt, obwohl die Stiefel schon über eine Woche wieder nachweislich beim Verkäufer waren. Schade
