The holes do not line up. At all. Makes it kind of hard to install the mirrors again or block-offs. Be prepared to physically drill the holes wider (ream) on both sides if you want to use this screen.Additionally, the shape of the screen is off. There is a solid 1/4 inch gap between the cowl and the screen on each side by where the mirrors are.You will have to bend the brackets that hold your clutch and brake reservoirs in order for them to *not* hit the screen as you turn the steering column back and forth.You've been warned.

Fits right in where the existing was mounted, all holes line up and installing was easy. 1 hint, super clue the rubber nuts to the lower mounting holes, this will save you from removing the headlight fairing.Looks great when done.
