Powerful light, Poor construction
The light output is what I wanted and this unit delivers. The construction of the unit is not what I would call "meets standard". The pigtail extending from the rear cover was too short to make a proper connection for my application. No problem, just remove the cover and replace with a longer piece of cable, right?? Wrong, the problems that I encountered made this a half day job.The cover had one stripped retaining screw that had been "repaired" by adding a nut behind the mounting flange. The cover could not be lifted off because the LED drivers were glued to the underside and the leads were too short and the ground wire from the pigtail was not connected to anything under the cover. My solution was to remove the LED drivers from the cover and remount them to the base (the standoffs were there for that purpose but not utilized). Install a longer pigtail with a proper ground attachment and put it back together.

Didn't last even 7,000 hrs. Bought 7 years ago and they're burned out.
We bought these in 2016 and they've already burned out. Obviously they're not on 24/7/365. We maybe got half life out of them and they were expensive comparatively. Very disappointed and ripped off!

Decent for the price, but I wouldn't put it on a house..
For what it is, it is a decent fixture for the price. With that said, it is a cheap fixture. No UL sticker. I would never attach it to a house. Yard use only.We had ours in the yard for almost a a year. One of the LED elements went out and it is tripping the GFCI it is attached to. I went inside of it to see if it was something obvious. Saw thin wire, cheap wire nuts, some questionable solder. The thing that is causing a two star review is that the equipment ground is not hooked up to anything. The wire is stripped, but no where to attach it inside. So I wouldn't exactly touch the thing in the rain! Really, no excuse for this. With that said, it still gives off plenty of light with two LED elements working, and it is a cheap fixture. If you understand what it is, and its safety limitations, not a bad deal. Decent for out in the yard (if it catches on fire, it will just be a small hole I won't have to mow). Again, I wouldn't attach it to a house.

Great light but two out of four DOA is a real problem.
The build quality is not bad although the transformers inside are only hot-glued to the case. The light output and color is excellent. Unfortunately, bought 4 and 2 were dead on arrival! Also, there is ZERO documentation with it, had to look in the questions and answers to discover what the different color leads were since they did not adhere to the US standard (they were British standard wiring colors).I have to go back to where I installed the first two in a month so I can put in the other two, hope they are still working!

Don't expect 50,000 hours out of these LED's
Purchased Jan 8, 2015. It has been less than 2 years and this monster is down to only one functioning LED module out of the three. It has been used connected to a Wemo WiFi light switch, which has been scheduled to run from 7PM to 5AM since purchased. Someone else out there can do the math, but I can wager to guess it's nowhere near the 20-50K hours a decent LED would operate for. I have not been so adventurous as to climb back up the ladder to take this thing down yet, and tear it apart to refurb it (lots of tutorials on YouTube) but you can bet when the final module goes, I'll be back here to update you on what cheap sh#t LED's these guys are using in this monster. To be fair, when it worked with all three LED's (about 8 months before the first module went, and another 3 after for the second one) it was very nice bright white light canvassing my kids basketball court in the backyard. If the seller would like this review changed - ship me a replacement, or new CREE LED modules, and your sure to get a 5 star bump.

The fixture itself seems sturdy and well constructed
After an unreasonably long time figuring out the wiring, the light is installed and so far seems to work properly. The wires are non-standard colors for American light fixtures -- a blue wire, a brown wire, and a yellow wire with green stripe I did not initially see. I assumed that the yellow/green is the ground, and that it does not matter which of the other two wires is used as the hot and which as the neutral. It would help if there were simple wiring instructions included with the fixture. The fixture itself seems sturdy and well constructed.

This light is pretty bright with three LED cells functioning
Bought this light in March 2015 and installed in May 2015. Six months later in November 2015 one of the three LED cells stopped working. This light is pretty bright with three LED cells functioning. Lost some brightness when one of the cells stopped working. This works with photocell and lights approximately 12 hours a night. Will give an update if any of the other cells decide to fail. Love the brightness of this light. Nine months after a second cell has blown. The light is now functioning with one cell of three 19th March 2016.

I'm A Little Frustrated
It came with no instructions and the colors of the wires are not standard. I have to take it apart to determine which wire goes where. But it is designed very well...very solid. I';l uodate my review when I figure out the wiring. Why am I reviewing? I'm hoping the company reads reviews and will give me a wiring diagram. I've hit the internet for one to no avail.UPDATE: Tex gave me what I needed. I'll install this weekend and update the review
