Great concrete floor paint
I had used this same paint several years ago and it worked great. Same thing this time. I had a hard time finding it in the stores. Some of the stores carried the brand but it was white and intended for water problems. I wanted to gray and found it on Amazon. Easy to use and clean up. Covered two very dirty floors in my basement. Looks wonderful.

Bad Result
BUYER BEWARE-THIS PRODUCT WAS NOT THE ONE I RECEIVED.I have never given a negative review on any product until now. I have a new garage, it had a few light stains. I prepped it according to lighter use instructions, added a pint of water to the first coat per instructions. Paint had clumps so I took time to stir it until no clumps were visable. Amount used was consistent with manufacturer recommendations. The first coat dried very fast. The few stains were actually enhanced. Despite care given to spreading evenly there were many areas of blotchy brush strokes. Applied the 2nd coat and it continued to enhance the previously light stains, many bad dark ugly blotchy brush stroke areas, areas where the finish coat was very light to very dark. This makes this beautiful building look terrible. I have contacted customer service by email and voice mail and will update this post depending on what they say. Many thanks to Drylock (UGL Technical), I have now found out what happened. Adventurer's Bag was the shipper for this product. They sent me 2 cans of base, e.g. NO COLOR IN THE PAINT. This made for a very bad looking blotchy floor. Adventurer's Bag's customer service has 1) no phone number given despite multiple requests 2) did refund the incorrect product but no help going forward or any reimbursement for the time spent prepping and coating the incorrect product 3) customer service either did not read my emails or maybe was instructed to use standard protocol answers that had little to do with my explanations. I don't even think they have the product that I ordered and paid for. I will never again purchase anything that is in any way related to Adventurer's Bag.Drylock (Melissa) was prompt and attentive, knowledgeable with the product, gave me the places to go to; Home Depot, ACE Hardware, Sherwin Williams, True Value, Do it Best, Lowes. Included her phone number and extension with all emails. I went to ACE, in minutes the product was ordered and pick up is just a couple of days away unlike delivery from Adventurer's Bag. Plus no shipping cost.Amazon was also helpful.Adventure's Bag gets zero stars, Drylock gets 5. I am not sure how to rate it on Amazon.

Comes off easy with a car
Dried it for more than a week. Drive the car in and everything seemed good. Backed out the car the next day and the paint under the tires stuck to it. Have 4 paintless spots in the garage now.

Quality was fine but color changed
I went to the effort to track down this discontinued product to match what was already on my basement floor. I needed to do touch-ups. The color didn't match so I paid through the nose to ship this product and would have been just as well of buying a competitive brand.

Not satisfied
I have a small 10x24 ft garage, which despite the DryLock label which stated a gallon would cover 500 sf, I needed 1.5 gallons for 2 coats. I used the sandstone color (a nice bright beige) and let it dry 36 hrs before the 2nd coat and then another 6 days (at 80-90 and 30% humidity during the day, ideal drying/curing conditions) before trying a short test drive onto it. Nonetheless, ugly indelible dirt/tire marks resulted.Note the picture on the DL can shows absolutely no tire tracks on the floor around the car tire. This picture is completely misleading and deceptive.I am cost and time sensitive and didn't buy an epoxy paint to begin with as these were $70-$90 and more effort and time intensive. Unfortunately I thought I could quickly paint my garage floor with one gallon for $30. Wrong. It took 2 gallons, $60 and 6-7 days.I contacted the mfg and their reply was to buy their epoxy finish. This would require another 2 coats, 5-6 more days and probably another $30-$60.DON'T USE THIS PRODUCT FOR A GARAGE FLOOR IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT FREE OF DIRTY TIRE TRACKS. Buy some other epoxy based paint to begin with.

Easy to use, simple prep, impressive performance A1 paint.
Drys like concrete. Used one can for my patio and the other can went onto an outside shed roof. The paint stiffened up the wood and made it totally water tight. Great paint. :) Roughly prepared the concrete and the paint went down easy and smooth filling cracks as it went.
