It glides on but after a couple of hours it does tend to smear just a little not a big thing so I would recommend it.

Love this eyeliner! Doesn’t smudge but the pencil wears down quickly so make sure you have a few on-hand.

The most important thing to know is that this eyeliner needs to be sharpened.
I used this product as a eyeliner, but I dislike it because it needs to be sharpened.I prefer a built in sharpener.
