I recently purchased this butter to start my hair care regiment. It is the first time I'm making a hair butter and wanted the best butters. After doing tons of research, I purchased this butter and another company's shea butter. When I open the packaged it was nicely sealed but inside the butter was broken up. The color is yellow green and it smells bad. This was my 1st time buying Shea butter so I withheld judgement at first. When I melted this company's butter the color was greenish yellow and it had stuff floating in the oil. The smell was now really pronounced and off putting. I had to add essential oils to try to cover it up but it did not work. I did like that the butter was soft and melted quickly but the look and smell has me questioning if they sent me a spoil batch. Disappointed since this is my 1st purchased of Shea butter to do my 1st batch of diy whipped butter. I just wasted $15 on a spoil product.

I was hesitant to order because there were so many bad reviews.I was impressed with the packaging before I even go to the shea butter.It not only has a visually appealing and informative air tight package that can be resealed.But inside there is another airtight sealed bag.Inside I found a fresh smelling shea butter with a mild scent and a smooth creamy butter that easily melts into my skin.I am pleasantly surprised and grateful that I took a chance and ordered this shea butter.I will order it again.Thank youMonnet

This is a must have if you are looking for 100% organic Shea butter. It’s the true smell of an organic ingredient, you can add whatever essential oil you like to it, but personally I like it just as is.

This is very good quality Shea butter. It smells sooo good. It’s creamy upon application to skin. I will definitely repurchase this brand of Shea butter.

It smelled horrible, rancid, when I opened it.Im upset I didn’t open it as soon as I when I received it.
