Soo worth it!!!
I'm a "bigger" woman and spend too many hours behind my desk, my old office chair was killing me so I found this chair and I'm so glad I did!! It was simple to put together, although I do recommend tying a string around the little allen wrench they give you, I dropped that thing a million times. I had the chair together in about 10-15 minutes. It's so comfortable and there's enough room for my butt and hips in the seat!! When I first sat down I thought the cushion was a little stiff but the longer I sit the better it is. I would definitely buy this chair again and recommend it to anyone!!! Totally worth the $$!!!!

Great buy
To start with it comes in a large box very well packaged easy to install instructions are very clear. The support was wonderful more than enough for a large person . There's only one thing that I found issue with and that was the wheels they didn't break or anything but they are plastic and they don't roll very well on tile or hardwood I did purchase a separate set of rubber Wheels and now the chair is perfect I would recommend it 100%

Great Gaming Chair With Excellent Customer Support
Pros:I just got this chair yesterday and let me tell you right now, it will be the comfiest chair you have ever purchased. If you are big and tall like me (6’2 300lbs), this chair will definitely hold your weight. The last gaming chair that I had, had these weird flap things on the sides of the seat that made the chair itself more narrow (I guess to make the chair more like a race car design), which really started hurting my thighs. This chair however is really wide and does not have those flaps, which makes the chair so much comfier. The setup was a bit tedious at times since I was the only one setting it up, but if you had another person helping you, it would be an absolute breeze. All in all, not too bad. Before we get into the cons, I just want to say that this company’s customer service is really good. I sent an email out to the support helpline, and they responded to me within a few hours. I also called them too and even though I had to leave a voicemail, they called back very quickly. I even got the chance to text back and forth about my issue that I will mention in a bit which is a big plus. Amy if you are reading this, thank you so much for all of your help!!!Now for the Con:When I set up the chair, I sat on it for the first time and went to adjust the height by pulling the lever on the side. When I tried to raise the chair, nothing happened. When I tried to lower the chair, nothing happened. I know I put together the chair the correct way but I was unsure about why I was experiencing this problem. I thought it may have have been the gas canister that was the issue. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to rock the chair back and forth to see if the chair was not lodged in properly. I did that and it did not work. I then loosened the knob on the bottom so I could lean back more in the chair, and maybe use my weight while rocking in the chair profusely to see if that would do anything. I shook the chair, I turned it over and tried shaking it that way, but nothing happened. The next day while I was rocking again in the chair, I tried pulling the lever to raise the chair and it was able to raise it little by little each time I pressed the lever. I was now able to lower the chair easily now that that happened. I rocked back and forth in the chair some more, and sat on it for about 30 more minutes, then eventually, the chair was able to raise like it normally should have been. I think the gas canister was a BIT faulty but it was just new and needed some force and time to eventually work. However, if the gas canister WAS faulty, I would have had to wait 3-5 weeks to receive another one, which to me was not bad since I could deal with the low height of the chair. It would have been just a minor inconvenience, but still annoying. Just beware of a long wait time to receive a new part if one of your parts are actually defective.Overall, I think this is an amazing product if you can get a gas canister that will work the way it is intended, which took me a day to finally get it to work the way it should have been out if the box. That is the only reason why I am deducting a star. Thank you and good luck to whoever reads this!

Not as described, feels unsafe and crooked.
So right out of the box, the plastic covers on the "seat" portion were loose. Tolerable. Then the instructions were not accurate, seat handle (left) is backwards. So that caused a delay, but I got over it and assembled. The worst is that the bottom part with the wheels just has the seat resting on it. So if you lift the seat, it comes off. That's just alarming to me. I figured sitting on it would lock it in place, but I was wrong. Worse yet it feels lopsided to the left. Now the unacceptable part, the title claims its 400lb, wide. I am 410lbs. 10lbs over is no biggie, problem is that it's actually 350lb chair. Flat out lied about it. I have pets, a toddler, and a baby just starting to crawl. If this chair randomly gives out, it could hurt or kill one of them. And the wide part, I fit snugly into it, the armrests pressed against me. It's uncomfortable for longer sitting sessions. I also had to buy arm rest pads, as the ones on it are hard rubber. First time I sat on it for 30 minutes, my elbows were sore. $30 for the pads, which should of been included.I have 90 days to return it, but I have to unassemble it to do that. So now it's just sitting there taking up a huge space, waiting for me to have a low back pain day to take it apart and return it.Truth be told if this was like a $50 chair, all this would be minor or expected. But it's a $180 chair at full value. That's absurd to pay for all these problems.

Problem with chair, seller provided refund
Update: seller very graciously provided a refund for the defective chair. This chair is one of the worst products I've ever owned. First and foremost, the screws that hold the back on WILL NOT STAY TIGHT. They constantly back out so you end up with a back that is always leaning back even it you adjust it fully upright. The uprights that hold the back on to the rest of the chair are thin and flimsy and don't keep the back aligned correctly so it tilts to one side. I've owned much cheaper chairs that were made of far better materials. I wish I had kept the box because I'd send this piece of garbage right back to the seller immediately. Don't waste your money on this like I did.

Amazing Chair for Tall People
I absolutely love this chair. It’s so much better than the one I had before. I’m 6 foot tall. It can be so hard to find a chair that I am comfortable in leg wise. This chair is perfect for my height. It’s also great for someone who is over 200lbs. The seat cushion is great! I am a special needs teacher that sits all day in front of a computer teaching. The chair is so comfortable that I sometimes don’t even realize I’m on it.
