Fast service and other info on electrical Surges
Just a heads up from a buyer that hardly ever buys extended warranty. Bought a Beelink x45 6-8 weeks ago. Saw warranty that extended and covered surges from day one. $34, plus help with any tech issues.I went with it and never having any surges in my almost 70 yrs, BAM it got me. TVs, computers, Tivo sys., router, cable modem, 24 port switch, 3 - 5 port switches, plus more.This little computer was being used as music file source for a new Schiit Yaggy not 1 month old. Surge got Yaggy and X45.Asurion has been the best. I contacted them and they immediately said they would like me to call and they would see if we could fix over the phone. We did and nothing worked.Said they would send me a shipping container and it would take a few days to get it. This is my only complaint as I am use to having a emailed label to me and I take to shipper. Well I finally it got the box and label by UPS. I packed it and took it to UPS. Checked the tracking next AM. UPS said already delivered from WV to TX. impressive. Now a week out and I get the bad news that unable to repair and will get a Amazon gift card.Short time later I get gift card for amount of X45 and Extended warranty.Hope this helps someone, Plus, please look into surge protectors with high joules rating on your incoming power. I had a battery back up and stuff got zapped. Their joules rating is low compared to basic outlet devices. Shout out to another person who commented on Amazon UPS devices, Sorry I cant remember their name. Also, there is HDMI, Hard wired network (RJ45) , and coax surge protection devices available on Amazon and other places. Please read comments on these items, I sure wish I had!

Good value support option
Got this on 2 refurbished PCs. After about 6 months one of them had gone out. (wasn't sending signal to the display). Opened up a support ticket online to get a box to get sent to my place. The only downside was that online it said I had submitted the request but something must have gone awry because I waited 5 or 6 business days before calling in support asking where my box was to ship the PC out for repairs, was told it was on the way and then within 5 minutes of hanging up got a email saying my return was being processed and they'd be mailing out a box to me. Ultimately it was deemed, about another 2-3 weeks later that the PC couldn't be repaired and I was issued a refund for the purchase price of the product. At the end of the day it was ultimately like renting a PC for 6 months for the cost of $40. Ultimately not a bad deal I suppose but the turn around times are a little slow. Certainly better than being out the several hundred for buying a refurbished unit.

Honest, trustworthy.
I previously bought a refurbished computer from Amazon and purchased the warranty from Asurion. They repaired the computer once and the second time it couldn't be repaired so they refunded my original purchase price. That's the kind of service one can depend on in these uncertain times. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. I purchased another refurbished computer from Amazon with the refund and didn't hesitate to buy the warranty from Asurion.

Beautiful Computer, 24” monitor
Beautiful computer with a 24” Monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. Only downside, I can only hear the audio if I use a headset and if you want multiple screens, be sure to buy a hdmi splitter as the cpu only has one slot. Be sure to purchase a warranty for safe measure. UPS damaged the first monitor in transit and HiTech did not hesitate in rushing me another monitor after reviewing the UPS tracking information.

Sent for repair returned from Asurion with same problem
Once again there was absolutely no change after going through your shop. The problem is with the graphic card in the box. This PC probably does not have a graphic card but is incorporated in the motherboard or chip.I plugged the computer into my large Dell monitor that it was previously used and it is the same as it was when I sent it to your for repair.While this PC was being serviced by your shop I used this monitor without problem on a very old all in one Samsung. The monitor had no issues.I had plugged a different monitor to this PC I am returning for repair and the different monitor is also grayed out but it works fine on my other PCs.I more than a little upset that no quality control was exercised by your repair Technician to see that the problem had not been corrected before returning to me. All I can see that was done was the windows operating system was reinstalled on the SSD and the drive was wiped except for the operating system.The label attached to the PC will include a copy was stamped and initialed by MJB. Please if he serviced this PC do not let him touch it again on this redo. Please get a senior tech that know how to check their work before returning to the customer.I have filed another claim tonight and Asurion will not send me a shipping label until they send me a box and packing material. I have called twice to expain I do not need a box or packing material I will use the same box that the unrepaired PC was returned to me. All I need is a new label. Two reps have told me no I can not use the same box. I must wait for their new box to be sent to me. Why. When I sent the PC to Asurion on Aug 10th I used my own box and packing material. Now I have one of their boxes and packing material. I was told it has old shipping labels. Great I will peel them off or black them out. All I need is a shipping label. That will further delay the repair to my PC. This getting absurb.

Perfect!!
Purchased a refurbished HP from Amazon and it crapped out within five months after very little use. Filed a claim and had a shipping label at my door rather quickly. The company stayed in contact with me from start to finish including shipping updates and provided an adequate fix for the computer. Save yourself some aggravation and just get it. Certainly cheaper than staring at a pile of junk (especially with a re-furb) that doesn’t work anymore. Well worth it. Btw, they re-installed Windows 10 and it works great.
