This lace is beautiful!
I'm a long waisted women that most knit tops are too short after just one wash. I bought this lace to add to the bottom of two soft black knit tops that were too short. I sewed the lace to the bottom hems. It added the length I wanted to make these comfortable tops much more attractive with very little effort or waste of extra lace.I washed the lace before I sewed it to these garments. However, I don't think it shrank or lost any color after it was sewn to the shirts. It's fairly heavy lace that helped these garments hang well. It think it was a good buy and worth the price. This lace should last a long time. I would bu it again.

Absolutely Gorgeous Lace
My husband and I are part of a Victorian/Edwardian group. As such, we participate in all kinds of events in our area. I enjoy putting together hats and outfits specific to that time. I used this lace to construct a gorgeous dark navy broad-brimmed Edwardian hat with this lace around the brim of the hat, which also has dark navy ostrich feathers and a sterling/CZ brooch. I purchased a dark navy linen Edwardian style skirt and added rows of this lace around the hem. The Gibson Girl blouse the crocheted dark navy lace. I finished it off with a dark navy Edwardian belt. This lace is what brought it all together!

Needs quality control
Pretty but noticed too late (as I was sewing a cut piece on a top) that a few areas were shredded. Now I have to hand sew repairs.
