I use it as a first step on a 2 steps cleansing routine. Melts great in the skin. Smells nicely. I have sensitive eyes and feels uncomfortable on them so I would not recommend it to remove mascara. Does a great job over make up on skin. Leaves my skin soft and confortable. I have bought it again.

Second time purchasing this cleansing balm. It lasts a long time and does the job brilliantly. Removes waterproof mascara and leaves my face feeling clean and refreshed. I apply to dry skin and use a muslin cloth to remove with warm water. Well worth buying and affordable price point too! 👍🏻

This is my first time trying this brand of cleaning balm and I love it! It melts really nicely, takes off makeup, and it makes my face feel silky and clean afterwards. The balm itself is absolutely perfect, but the packaging is a bit wasteful. Would be great to see a more eco-friendly packaging.

Lovely cleanser. Melts on your face and washes away easily and doesn't leave an oily film behind. Great for taking off eye makeup as well including mascara.

This product is normally brilliant but they must have changed to a copy company on Amazon to keep prices down as the correct product did not arrive.I use this balm regularly but have had to go to a more reputable source to buy it. The formula was more like a waterproof coating on my face rather than a cleansing balm. I needed to wash my face twice to get rid of it.I ended up with small red dots on my face but my skin is very sensitive so that may not happen for others.When I tried to contact Amazon or the seller about this it said no return could be made and no message would be sent.Product has gone in the bin.I recommend the actual cleansing balm just not through this seller.

I received the Cleansing Balm by Banila and co a couple days ago. I've used this kind of formula before made by other brands.This one seem perfect for me,it didn't make my skin react badly like some others that I've tried,it removes even the stubborn waterproof make up and leaves a very soft skin.It has a very subtle fruity scent that i can barely smell,which is a good thing since artificial fragrance are usually very harsh for the skin.I really can recommend it and i will surely buy it again for myself!Plus if anyone is still wondering if it is a fake,it definitely isn't,so be sure about it and buy it without worries!
