KT Tape, Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 150 Precut 10” Strips

I love the tape. A knee brace is so tight and uncomfortable especially since I can’t wear one at work. I can wear the tape under my pants and it works just as great and is more comfortable. Been wearing it for a couple of years now.

I’ve used so many kinesiology tapes. I always come back for this. This doesn’t irritate my skin like the other tapes do. KT tape is very reliable. Helps me with pain, I can’t work without taping. Way better than wearing a brace

I was so happy this brand came with a bulk bundle size. I use this KT Tape often because of my knee. I keep this one at home and I keep the smaller role in my dance bag. I tried other brands, but I keep coming back to this original brand. The quality is just so much better than any other ones I have used.

Purchased, as larger quantity is more reasonable. However, it is not as durable as it easily comes off with too much motion

I first learned of these strips from my orthopedic surgeon. And back then I used them for carpal tunnel symptoms as well as tennis elbow symptoms. Being a former runner in my youth, I'm now dealing with a lot of pain around my patellar tendon area. I have been using compression sleeves for this without any luck. That also ended up hurting other areas on the back of my knees. And I got to thinking, KT tape. I did research on how to use this tape for my knees. I do not by any means recommend anyone to diagnose their own symptoms etc. But I can tell you, I am now in my 60's and this definitely did the trick for me. This is amazing tape for aches and pains that do not require surgery. I am now able to walk better and do more things that I haven't done in a while. Make sure to see your doctor for severe injuries. This tape did give me back my legs so I could walk without hurting after a 30 minute grocery store run etc. And if applied correctly, I can shower a day or two and it still sticks. Thank you for this tape. I can see why athletes use this.

It tape is a staple in our house. My daughter has had multiple injuries and this help with support. We buy in the big rolls because we go through it so fast.

We really liked that the roll had pre-cut strips, kept the guess work out of cutting it ourselves.

I brought this because they have it on Amazon. It is the same KT tape and works well for me. Recommend, as i will buy again, when I used up this one.

This works a lot better than a traditional support because it is much more adjustable. You can really tailor it to your needs. The fact that the strips are pre-cut greatly simplifies things too because this way you don't have to round the corners before cutting.

We go through a ton of KT Tape, between my family's various athletic adventures. Most recently, i found myself taping up my knee to stabilize it while recovering from a sprain. KT Tape is relatively easy to use, although some dexterity is required, and taping outcomes will improve with experience handling the tape. There's lots of video content out there showing professional physiotherapists applying tape for various injuries, providing a great reference.

I have been using various brands of tape for my back and shoulders but I have found the kt tape the worst one at stating on for longer then 2 days . It started to come away at the edges after one night . Will be returning.
